TRAINING - WHO, WHAT AND HOW MUCH?

WHO? - Orbis is the best 'fit' for all ages that want to make a change. It may be starting out or making progress for a challenge event. It may be getting out of a rut with current training or performance, looking for the small gains or building up to a challenge of running 10km. Matt has a wealth of exeprience of training young children and teenagers, as well as those in their later years and individuals with health issues including respiratory. Whomever you are, Orbis will help you move forwards and change your direction.

WHAT? - At Orbis Health and Fitness the 'one size fits all' does not apply. Your goal and how we get you there is an individual process and package. The training methods employed will compliment your goal focus and can include:

HOW MUCH?

One to One: £40 per session (includes 1 class per week)

Block booking of 10 sessions to be used within 12 consecutive weeks: £350

Pilates: £9 per class (payable as a block total amount)

Small group: (up to 4 persons): £60

HIIT/Tabata Class: £6 per session 

Kid Fit: £4 per child (payable as a block total)

Private class: price on enquiry
